Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Lead the integration of custom software components in alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage team activities and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions applicable across teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve project delivery and resource utilization.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize complex software systems.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience is required, including a minimum of 12 years with BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management is required.
- Experience with A&D Aftermarket is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies is required.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures is required.
- Experience with software integration techniques and work across multiple platforms is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
