Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, design, evolution, and implementation of packaged and SaaS solutions.
- Oversee configuration, integration, and release management processes across platforms and technologies.
- Establish and enforce platform standards that improve system stability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, advisory support, and solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Make and contribute to technical decisions involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business objectives and vendor constraints.
- Mentor and guide team members to support professional growth and high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Strategy.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Deep expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures for packaged and SaaS applications.
- Experience managing integrations and configurations across diverse platforms and technologies.
- Ability to establish platform standards that enhance reliability and performance.
- Strong influencing, advisory, collaboration, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Experience overseeing release management processes and deployment cycles.
