Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged and SaaS solutions.
- Oversee solution configuration, integrations, and release processes.
- Set and enforce platform standards for stability, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Lead architectural strategies aligned with business goals and technology roadmaps.
- Evaluate vendor solutions against organizational requirements and constraints.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Provide cross-team and business-area solutions and make team decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Strategy.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Deep expertise in designing scalable and maintainable architectures for packaged and SaaS solutions.
- Experience managing integrations and configurations across diverse platforms and technologies.
- Ability to establish platform standards that ensure system reliability and performance.
- Strong vendor-solution evaluation and stakeholder-alignment skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus.
