Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a consultative capacity regarding Nice CXone products.
- Manage customer expectations and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Configure Nice CXone products based on best practices and customer requirements.
- Serve as a project manager for small to large-scale projects.
- Provide senior-level technical configuration and programming as needed.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and subcontracted personnel.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software engineering and project management.
- Strong understanding of contact center technologies and CRM systems.
- Ability to perform business analysis and user needs assessment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Experience in database design and application development.
