Responsibilities
- Analyze functional designs and assess interface requirements and complexity.
- Create SAP PI interface technical designs, design objects, mappings, and directory objects.
- Transition requirements and use cases to designers and developers.
- Work with business process and client teams to assess capabilities and customer requirements.
- Perform unit/component testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Support deployment preparation and ensure the production system remains operational.
- Resolve customer-raised production issues within agreed SLAs.
- Handle incidents and tickets causing service disruptions in the SAP PI landscape.
- Maintain monitoring reports for successful and failed PI message flows.
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve issues requiring cross-team involvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an SAP PI/PO Integration Consultant.
- Experience with File/FTP, RFC, IDoc, Proxy, SOAP, REST, and AS2 adapters.
- Knowledge of Java Mapping and XSLT Mapping.
