Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Automate build, test, deployment, and environment-management processes for microservices and databases.
- Support Kubernetes-based application operations and deployment of PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
- Develop infrastructure automation using Terraform, Packer, and related infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Create automation scripts using Bash, Groovy, or similar languages.
- Monitor, log, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, reliability, and scalability using Dynatrace or similar tools.
- Support migration of services and databases between Azure and AWS.
- Conduct or support security tests, disaster recovery tests, and infrastructure-related audits.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams while taking ownership of operational outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar cloud-operations role.
- More than three years of experience with Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
- Thorough knowledge of Linux or a similar Unix operating system.
- Experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
- Experience deploying and operating microservices with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
- Proficiency with Terraform, Packer, and other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Groovy, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with Dynatrace or similar monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of service and database migration between Azure and AWS is preferred.
- Experience with security testing, disaster recovery testing, and infrastructure audits is preferred.
- Exposure to Anthropic Claude, Amazon Bedrock, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or related experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, independent work, proactive problem-solving, and responsible use of AI tools and data.
