Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions on the Pega platform using Pega Constellation.
- Support end-to-end implementation activities, including development, testing, and deployment.
- Build and enhance enterprise case management solutions with Pega Customer Service.
- Troubleshoot Pega applications through debugging and root-cause analysis.
- Apply performance-tuning techniques to optimize application responsiveness and scalability.
- Provide practical solutions across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science.
- Experience in Pega development.
- Strong command of Pega Constellation.
- Working knowledge of Pega Customer Service.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively across client departments and deliver practical solutions.
