Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with teams, and contribute to team decisions.
- Coordinate project activities to support timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and improve development processes, team productivity, and product quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including application design principles and configuration techniques.
- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex Employee Central configuration issues.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Competence with development tools and platforms associated with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- 15 years of full-time education.
