Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive automation test plans and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
- Establish quality standards for agent behavior and testing practices.
- Conduct functional, regression, and database testing to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to integrate quality into the development process.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software development and/or test automation.
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in test frameworks.
- Proven experience testing large-scale backend or platform systems.
- Deep understanding of test design principles and CI/CD integration.
