Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced AI/ML systems focusing on LLMs and AI Agents.
- Build production-grade AI pipelines for data processing and model training.
- Create conversational AI interfaces for multi-turn customer interactions.
- Implement feedback loops and continuous learning systems to improve model performance.
- Develop analytics dashboards to track automation effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Lead technical initiatives for AI system integration into existing products.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML researchers to productionize new AI models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in backend software development using modern programming languages, preferably Python.
- Experience building production conversational AI systems including chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Expertise in natural language understanding and intent classification.
- Experience with multi-channel support automation across various platforms.
- Strong background in customer support metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with sentiment analysis and emotion detection.
- Proficiency with contact center platforms and their API integrations.
- Experience implementing real-time agent assist systems.
- Familiarity with compliance and security requirements for handling sensitive data.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
