Responsibilities
- Design, architect, implement, test, deploy, and monitor enterprise identity and access management technologies.
- Contribute to the strategy for building a robust identity management program.
- Assess requirements and develop IAM solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
- Build and maintain technical and non-technical processes, policies, and standards that reduce security risks.
- Integrate IAM and SSO solutions with web-based, mobile, internal, and third-party applications.
- Serve as a key technical resource and IAM subject matter expert for the organization.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, IT, HR, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying software solutions in the IAM domain.
- Experience with IAM products such as SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Ping Identity, Azure AD, and Okta.
- Experience with PKI certificate authentication and standard authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
- Experience integrating applications with SSO solutions for authentication and authorization.
- Java/J2EE enterprise web development experience is a plus.
- Experience with Jenkins and Ansible in CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Industry certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or CCSP are a plus.
