Responsibilities
- Design and deploy multi-agent systems for autonomous planning, reasoning, and execution across distributed cloud environments.
- Build interfaces between AI agents and human stakeholders with high-fidelity feedback loops and operational transparency.
- Develop agentic solutions for observability, predictive optimization, and automated capacity planning.
- Contribute to the secure agentic substrate and tooling for data access, code execution, and firmwide API interactions.
- Partner with business units to identify high-impact use cases and translate ambiguous needs into agentic workflows.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or C++ and deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture.
- Direct experience deploying LLM-based agents in production environments.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, AutoGPT, or custom orchestration layers.
- Experience applying agentic patterns to at least two domains including data analysis, observability, optimization, or planning.
- Ability to work effectively in a 0-to-1 environment and handle ambiguity.
- Preferred: experience with Digital Twin technology, real-time telemetry, Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning, swarm intelligence, Model Context Protocol, and emerging agent-to-tool standards.
- Strong communication skills for connecting technical agentic logic with human-centered business processes.
