Responsibilities

Advise private equity firms on strategic technology challenges related to acquisitions and divestitures.
Assess technology capabilities during technology due diligence and support technology carve-outs, post-merger integration, and portfolio-company value creation initiatives.
Drive strategic IT implementation projects and steer relevant project modules using modern approaches.
Analyze client situations and market trends, including machine learning, to shape future-oriented customer journeys.
Design and optimize IT architectures, enterprise solutions, custom software developments, digital solutions, and cyber-resilience approaches.

Multiple years of experience in IT strategy and consulting, professional software development, or IT project management in a technology-related corporate development or start-up environment.
Basic understanding of technology financials and their impact on deal value.
Experience with M&A environments, particularly technology due diligence, technology carve-outs, technology PMI, or private-equity value creation initiatives.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and other generative AI tools and the ability to apply them across work tasks.
Strong strategic, analytical, conceptual, customer-focused, creative, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
University degree with above-average academic performance in a STEM-related field or business management.
