Responsibilities
- Analyze clients’ digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies.
- Develop IT strategies, concepts, customized architectures, and technical solutions.
- Review and specify IT systems and define target architectures.
- Manage small agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
- Establish modern practices such as DevOps and CI/CD.
- Lead the technical implementation of digital requirements, including cyber resilience.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize architectures involving legacy IT, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and microservices.
- Provide technical guidance and coordinate smaller teams.
- Travel to client sites domestically and internationally.
Requirements
- A completed university degree in computer science, informatics, engineering, or a related discipline, with higher-than-average grades.
- At least four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
- Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
- Familiarity with machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
- Familiarity with software development methods and tools.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and other generative AI tools, including applying them across work tasks.
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary and global teams and travel internationally.
- Fluent understanding and communication of complex topics in English.
