Responsibilities
- Define proposed solutions, configuration approaches, implementation plans, and business outcomes for RMIS/EHS opportunities.
- Lead discovery and scoping sessions with operational users, executive sponsors, and stakeholders including finance and operations leaders.
- Own technical architecture covering data models, integrations, configuration scope, phasing, and reference implementations.
- Assess technical qualification, organizational readiness, product gaps, timeline risks, integration requirements, and services capacity constraints.
- Provide technical and commercial support for competitive strategy, procurement, contract redlines, late-stage deal defense, and pursuit reviews.
- Produce professional services estimates and model ARR, services effort, deal profitability, pricing, and margin implications.
- Build and facilitate ROI sessions and prepare executive deal review materials for strategic opportunities.
- Own the handoff to Professional Services, transferring scope, assumptions, and risks at contract signature.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of presales or solution architecture experience in enterprise SaaS, including at least 3 years in RMIS, EHS, claims administration, or adjacent risk and insurance technology markets.
- Ability to conduct executive-level discovery and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for CFO, Risk Manager, General Counsel, and CHRO audiences.
- Experience with technical qualification, delivery feasibility assessment, professional services estimation, and deal economics modeling within structured governance.
- Experience supporting competitive displacement, procurement negotiations, contract redlines, and late-stage deal dynamics.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of opportunities and scale engagement according to deal complexity.
- Strong written communication skills, especially synthesizing deal dynamics into concise pursuit briefs.
- Preferred: experience at an RMIS vendor, TPA, broker, or carrier in a technology-facing role.
- Preferred: familiarity with RMIS integration patterns such as claims feeds, policy feeds, HRIS, financial systems, and OSHA reporting.
- Preferred: experience with competitive displacement sales motions.
