Responsibilities

Drive forward-looking ML research to shape Nebius’ AI platform and PaaS roadmap.
Convert state-of-the-art ML pipeline insights into actionable requirements and reference architectures.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and ML teams to align platform capabilities.
Build strategic collaborations with universities and the broader ML ecosystem.
Establish quality standards for ML-enabled services.
Engage strategic customers to translate complex ML scenarios into clear requirements.
Provide senior technical leadership during evaluations and architecture reviews.
Articulate a clear vision for AI-enabled applications and the required infrastructure.

10+ years of experience in machine learning research and/or applied ML.
5+ years operating as a senior technical leader across multiple teams.
Proven ability to translate research insights into product impact.
Experience engaging strategic customers in technical discussions.
Demonstrated collaboration with universities or research labs.
Strong technical communication record, including knowledge-sharing and publications.
