Base Salary

$120k - $145k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and ship features for fixed income and rates trading platforms.
Build and evolve functionality for bond booking, pricing, electronic trading, and TRACE reporting.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers across New York and international teams.
Participate in team delivery-process improvement and Agile ceremonies.
Create and maintain technical specifications, user guides, and deployment procedures.
Support production systems, resolve issues, and implement enhancements.

10+ years of software development experience and strong proficiency in C#.
Solid understanding of fixed income products, interest rate swaps, and related trading and risk management workflows.
Experience working in or closely with a front-office environment.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, including Scrum or Kanban.
Strong communication skills across technical and business teams.

Competitive base salary of USD $120,000–$145,000.
