Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and product partners to design and implement MSF Envelope service features supporting the envelope lifecycle.
- Write, test, and debug code for microservices and related components while following standards for quality, reliability, and observability.
- Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and design discussions to learn production-service development practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation covering features, APIs, configuration, and operational runbooks.
- Break down problems into well-scoped tasks and deliver work incrementally with mentors and teammates.
- Investigate issues, analyze root causes, and contribute fixes to improve existing systems under senior-engineer guidance.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May/June 2028.
- Pursuing Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical major.
- Experience writing, debugging, and testing software.
- Preferred experience with C# or other object-oriented languages such as Java or C++ through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Preferred foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- Preferred familiarity with HTTP, REST, basic API design, cloud computing concepts, and distributed systems.
- Interest in large-scale, high-availability, customer-facing production services and familiarity with modern AI tools and development workflows.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with interest in learning new technologies.
