Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services and translate customer needs into technology and business solutions.
- Lead integration coordination across teams to align with client goals and project timelines.
- Analyze business requirements and design functional, application, and end-to-end integration solutions.
- Serve as an SME, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
- Evaluate integration processes and recommend efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) is required.
- Strong understanding of enterprise system integration principles and best practices.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions aligned with business processes.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and process optimization in HR service delivery contexts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
