Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into technical solutions.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.
- Debug, test, and tune application performance.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Become a subject matter expert in the assigned area.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in UKG Pro.
- Proficiency in UKG Pro is required.
- Strong experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, performance tuning, and modern development frameworks and tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
