Responsibilities

Build and iterate on the agent core, including planning, execution, and self-healing loops.
Own connectors, the transformation engine, execution runtime, web application, SDK, and MCP server end to end.
Build and operate infrastructure connected to production ERP and financial systems with strong attention to reliability and failure modes.
Participate in customer calls related to your work and understand real user needs.
Establish engineering patterns, conventions, and technical standards for future hires.

At least 2 years of software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
Strong TypeScript proficiency and demonstrated experience building full-stack, end-to-end applications.
Proficiency in at least one additional language such as Python, Go, or C.
Experience integrating with or implementing enterprise systems such as ERPs, CRMs, or data warehouses, including SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Snowflake.
Ability to design and implement critical infrastructure with sound judgment about reliability and scalability.
Experience working directly with customers on technical implementations or support.
Experience in an early-stage startup or high-growth environment and comfort working without a ticket queue or fully formed specification.
Experience building or contributing to open source projects.
Strong computer science fundamentals demonstrated through a rigorous degree program, competitive programming, or comparable depth.
Experience with data migration, ETL, or system integration is a plus.
Familiarity with distributed systems, data pipelines, or LLM and agent tooling is a plus.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including comfort discussing technical topics directly with customers.

Salary range of 90,000 to 150,000 EUR annually.
Equity is part of the package.
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, five days per week; candidates must be based in Munich or willing to relocate.
