Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of autonomous agent products from initial hypothesis through deployed production system.
- Design and build agent logic, backend services, and frontend interfaces end to end.
- Develop procurement agents and contract management tools for construction workflows.
- Collaborate directly with customers to iterate on and validate solutions in the field.
- Identify and build high-impact ideas that expand platform value.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of engineering experience at a startup or scale-up with end-to-end ownership of shipped products.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript for production systems.
- Experience with NestJS for backend development and React for frontend development.
- Experience designing and building autonomous or semi-autonomous systems.
- A track record of shipping software from zero to production deployment.
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written German and English.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive toward working solutions.
- Familiarity with Flutter, GCP, or Hasura/GraphQL is preferred.
- Experience in construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries is preferred.
Benefits
- Salary range of €80,000 to €120,000 per year, plus equity options.
