Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain critical parts of the core product end to end.
- Build reliable full-stack features that improve users’ daily logistics workflows.
- Evaluate, benchmark, fine-tune, and integrate AI capabilities and LLMs in production.
- Experiment with model releases, frameworks, and agentic techniques, iterating based on data and user feedback.
- Improve legacy codebases for structure and scalability.
- Engineer infrastructure and automation for heavy data and AI workloads.
- Collaborate closely with founders and teammates as a hands-on, high-ownership contributor.
Requirements
- Around 2–3 years of professional experience, with strong projects or a relevant track record accepted as a substitute.
- Strong full-stack engineering ability across backend and cloud environments.
- Fluency in Python; familiarity with Go is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with AI and ML systems, including benchmarking, fine-tuning, LLM integration, and production experimentation.
- Ability to engineer for scale, automate systems, and work in complex legacy codebases.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, intellectual humility, self-discipline, autonomy, and results orientation.
- Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for working on-site in Munich.

- Salary range of 60,000 to 90,000 EUR annually.
