Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth implementation and integration of technical and functional system requirements.
- Lead business diagnostics, process analysis, design workshops, solution design documentation, and functional specifications.
- Configure and deliver Blue Yonder supply chain solutions to support customer business processes.
- Develop statistical forecasting and AI/ML algorithms and apply them in supply chain settings.
- Create functional business process test scripts and coordinate user acceptance testing and phase sign-off.
- Prepare and deliver customized end-user training, go-live support, and post-go-live knowledge transfer.
- Act as a functional liaison among project teams, customer users, customer executives, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with project planning, communicate risks and issues, and support schedule, scope, and budget management.
- Follow up with Support Services on customer defects and provide guidance on base technical issues.
- Identify incremental revenue opportunities and represent Blue Yonder at industry conferences or workshops when required.
Requirements
- 12–14 years of hands-on experience as a functional consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers.
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research preferred; a bachelor's degree with relevant industry experience may be considered instead.
- Experience with Blue Yonder solutions preferred, or relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with Oracle, SAP, or other leading supply chain planning or ERP solutions.
- Strong business analysis skills, supply chain management knowledge, tactical planning awareness, and understanding of statistical algorithms.
- Expertise in AI/ML algorithms for statistical forecasting and working experience with R and Python packages.
- Understanding of database structures, technical platforms, infrastructures, product-line technical requirements, and performance tuning techniques.
- APICS or TOGAF certification is a plus.
- Experience in management consulting or supply chain center-of-excellence environments is preferred.
- Strong presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Availability for extensive travel and the ability to execute projects independently.
