Base Salary
$188k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML-based systems for Reddit.
- Collaborate with product and ML engineers to create scalable interfaces.
- Improve recommendation systems and models for personalization.
- Train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models.
- Participate in the full software development cycle.
- Collaborate with other ML teams to solve complex challenges.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Three years of experience in machine learning or a related field.
- Proficiency in recommendation and ranking system design.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with AWS, S3, RDS, and GCP.
- Knowledge of advanced deep learning theory and algorithms.
- Experience in writing production-grade software for large-scale systems.
