Base Salary
$150k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling for fast and safe software delivery.
- Set the technical direction for reliability, security, and compliance from the ground up.
- Shape the design and scalability of our external API as a competitive asset.
- Partner with engineering leadership to define roadmap priorities and clarify technical plans.
- Raise engineering quality through design reviews, mentorship, and collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with complex, large-scale projects.
- Deep expertise in AWS as the primary cloud platform.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability tooling, and distributed systems.
- Comfortable making technical decisions and navigating tradeoffs.
- Energized by building in a fast-moving environment.
