Base Salary
$165k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop computer vision and machine learning solutions for autonomous vehicle perception and object or signal recognition.
- Design, implement, debug, and maintain production perception software using Python and C++.
- Integrate perception algorithms and trained machine learning models with on-car software.
- Architect workflows for preparing data from cameras, LiDAR, and other sensors and for training machine learning models.
- Design evaluation processes and custom testing tools to assess prediction consistency, processing speed, and system safety.
- Train, deploy, evaluate, and optimize AI models, including acceleration and inference optimization.
- Research emerging technologies, prototype solutions, and iterate on implemented features.
- Drive project-level impact through technology solutions and software process design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Two years of industry experience in automotive industry software development.
- Experience with production-level software development, model deployment, robotics integration and validation, and algorithm testing and debugging.
- Experience applying machine learning, including GPU training, acceleration, and inference optimization.
- Proficiency with Python, C++, PyTorch, TensorRT, CUDA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
