Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of solution or infrastructure development services for small to medium-sized projects.
- Design, develop, and oversee maintenance of SAP BTP solutions and infrastructure deliverables.
- Translate user requirements into design specifications and review technical work produced by others.
- Create proofs of concept and make appropriate design decisions.
- Develop cloud-native applications and integrations with on-premises systems using SAP technologies.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications.
- Document user requirements, user stories, estimates, and work plans.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to teammates.
- Establish software quality practices covering coding, reviews, source control, builds, testing, and releases.
- Identify areas for team growth and improvement and support successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA with an aggregate score of 70% or above from an IIT, NIT, or tier 1 institute is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in core SAP BTP design and development.
- Experience building applications on the SAP BTP Cloud Application Programming platform.
- Experience developing cloud applications using Java or Node.js.
- Experience building integrations with on-premises systems and applications using microservices architecture.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud application development.
- Deep understanding of SAP BTP architecture and services and good knowledge of Cloud Foundry.
- Understanding of cloud identity and access management using SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with SAP BAS, SAP BTP Cockpit, SAPUI5, HTML5, Web IDE, or Business Application Studio.
- Experience with GitHub and CI/CD best practices.
- Knowledge of modern software engineering practices, testing, Agile methods, and Scrum processes.
- Strong solution-design, analytical, logical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams, drive initiatives, communicate with senior management and clients, and mentor teammates.
