Base Salary
$199k - $328k/yr
Responsibilities
- Co-create Risk and Security reference architectures, reusable patterns, integration libraries, solution templates, accelerators, demo environments, and blueprints with partners.
- Provide senior technical expertise for complex multi-product scenarios and guide partners from concept through validated solution and commercialization.
- Lead partner technical workshops, proofs of concept, architecture training programs, executive briefings, and capability assessments.
- Mentor partner architects and pre-sales teams on solution positioning, competitive differentiation, and industry patterns.
- Drive adoption of AI-enhanced Practice capabilities and collaborate with partner-aligned Partner Technology Architects on joint business planning.
- Represent ServiceNow Practice innovation through industry events, forums, thought leadership, and market intelligence.
- Support commercial partner development requests and influence partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
Requirements
- Domain expertise in Risk, including IRM, or Security, with preferential consideration for Armis and Veza experience.
- Security or Risk implementation experience and a CSA certificate.
- At least 5 years of channel or partnerships sales experience.
- At least 5 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in a security or risk environment.
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
- Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and collaboration with Sales counterparts.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist and AI Agents, management consulting or strategy advisory, partner business development, ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or architectural certifications, multiple partner routes to market, and competitive platform knowledge.

- Base pay is $198900-$328200, plus equity when applicable, variable or incentive compensation, and benefits.
