Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define enterprise PLM roadmaps, solution blueprints, target architectures, and global template strategies for large-scale transformation programs.
- Architect Teamcenter X solutions for Part, BOM, Document, Change, Classification, and Requirements Management.
- Design Teamcenter integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA, MES, ALM, QMS, LMS, and other enterprise applications.
- Develop digital thread architectures spanning Requirements, Design, BOM, Change, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory processes.
- Lead data migration strategy and execution from legacy PLM systems.
- Define data governance, system ownership, validation controls, audit trails, and compliance frameworks.
- Lead requirements workshops, fit-gap assessments, architecture reviews, solution estimation, and stakeholder discussions.
- Lead global teams and drive PLM transformation programs in regulated manufacturing environments.
Requirements
- 15+ years of PLM experience, including 10+ years as a Solution Architect in Teamcenter implementations.
- Strong expertise in Teamcenter architecture, data model design, product structures, lifecycle management, workflows, access control, and configuration management.
- Hands-on experience with Active Integration Gateway, APIs, middleware architectures, event-driven integrations, and enterprise data exchange patterns.
- Experience with CAD integration, MCAD/ECAD data management, BOM synchronization, release management, and engineering change processes.
- Strong technical understanding of Teamcenter extensions and configurations, including BMIDE, ITK, SOA, REST APIs, Dispatcher, and integration frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and consulting skills, including experience leading global teams and working with business and IT leadership.
- Experience in MedTech or regulated manufacturing industries.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Siemens Teamcenter architect-level certification preferred.
- Experience as a solution or enterprise architect on multi-year, multi-vendor PLM transformation programs preferred.
