Responsibilities
- Architect and provision secure, highly available production and non-production Azure environments across regions with disaster recovery capabilities.
- Configure and manage VNets, subnets, firewalls, routing, DNS, and enterprise network connectivity.
- Coordinate Site-to-Site VPN connections with vendors including VeriPark and Fiserv and validate CIDR/IP ranges.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificate exchange through Azure Key Vault and coordinate IAM approvals.
- Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and support secure deployment and release coordination.
- Establish GitOps and infrastructure-as-code practices for containerized and microservices-based architectures.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of recent experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure engineering.
- Senior-level expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and Azure DevOps.
- Deep understanding of enterprise networking, including VNets, Site-to-Site VPNs, firewalls, and DNS.
- Proven experience with GitOps, infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with containerized and microservices-based architectures.
- Preferred experience securing cloud architecture in highly regulated financial-sector environments.
- Preferred experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes and large-scale modernization or enterprise transformation projects.
