Base Salary
$188k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical strategy for the DevEx platform.
- Solve high-complexity developer productivity problems.
- Lead the agentic developer platform from a technical standpoint.
- Drive cross-team technical initiatives and align on platform direction.
- Mentor and develop Senior II engineers.
- Proactively reduce systemic risk and improve platform resilience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on production developer platforms.
- Ability to define and execute multi-year technical strategies.
- Deep systems design expertise with a focus on correctness and scalability.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar languages in cloud-native environments.
- Expertise in Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code at the platform design level.
- Experience or strong interest in AI-native developer tooling.
- Proven ability to influence technical decisions and build alignment across teams.
- A track record of growing senior engineers and building technical strength.
