Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop software and machine learning algorithms for human-computer interface products.
- Design system architectures using large language models for conversational, information retrieval, and digital automation tasks.
- Use data science and statistical methods to analyze and optimize machine learning model performance across tasks.
- Optimize ML systems for latency, reliability, and cost.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or machine learning is required.
- At least two years of experience as a machine learning engineer and building and deploying ML-based applications, including data curation and model training, is required.
- At least two years of experience researching and developing applications with large language models, including OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or Meta Llama models, is required.
- At least two years of quantitative analysis experience based on data science and two years of Python programming experience are required.
- At least two years of professional experience building real-time applications using ML models is required.
- At least one year of experience with AWS or GCP is required.
- At least one year of experience with Docker, TorchServe, AWS Lambda, or SageMaker is required.
- At least one year of professional experience developing retrieval-augmented generation systems is required.
- Prior experience at a startup-stage company, from founding engineer through Series A, is required.
- Successful completion of competency-based interviews is required.
