Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end solution architectures for Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and Corporate Affairs initiatives.
  • Translate business and non-functional requirements into architecture artifacts including logical designs, integration diagrams, data flows, deployment views, and operational views.
  • Design secure, reliable, auditable integrations, APIs, middleware patterns, and data models across corporate platforms and enterprise domains.
  • Align solutions with Workday, SAP, strategic platforms, enterprise architecture standards, and corporate functions guardrails.
  • Embed security, privacy, compliance, controls, auditability, resilience, monitoring, and recovery considerations into solution designs.
  • Provide architecture reviews, design sign-off input, build alignment checks, and guidance to delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Drive reuse of reference patterns, shared services, and integration standards while reducing duplication, tool sprawl, customization, and technical debt.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Delivery, platform owners, and subject-matter experts.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect in digital or technology environments with hands-on system design capability.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into implementable solution architectures and guide delivery teams through implementation governance.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and data flows.
  • Experience embedding security, privacy, compliance, and operational controls into solution designs.
  • Preferred: experience architecting solutions in Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, or Corporate Affairs domains.
  • Preferred: experience working with strategic enterprise platforms, standards-first approaches, and architecture governance models at scale.
