Responsibilities
- Own and collaborate on end-to-end implementation and migration projects for SMB and enterprise accounts as a functional lead, architect, configurator, or stream lead.
- Lead meetings with senior IT and business stakeholders and provide architectural and best-practice guidance.
- Act as a technical authority, mentor internal teams, and support implementation partners.
- Configure solutions, resolve complex technical issues, and help teams address deep technical problems.
- Create action plans for ambiguous technical challenges and drive them through completion.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT consulting or architecture for implementation projects.
- Strong consulting experience with the ability to drive best practices and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and own complex technical outcomes.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Preferred experience with Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, Salesforce Force.com, SQL, MDL, Python, or other vendor platforms such as IQVIA, SAP, and CVENT.
- Professional fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian and experience in pharmaceutical, consumer health, or an adjacent industry are preferred.
