Base Salary
$250k - $413k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve scalable architectures for global revenue financial workflows.
- Build configurable pipelines and distributed applications for revenue ads integration, settlement, payment reconciliation, invoicing, and partner workflows.
- Apply data modeling and distributed data processing expertise to large-scale financial systems.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, engineering teams, and Revenue Finance on cross-functional projects.
- Develop a deep understanding of upstream and downstream systems and their impact on data models and adjacent systems.
- Deliver reliable, secure, scalable, and highly available business-critical software independently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, server-side engineering, distributed data processing, software design, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in Java, Scala, or another JVM language.
- Proficiency designing and implementing gRPC, GraphQL, or RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Kafka-based publish-subscribe systems and Spark or Flink stream processing.
- Expertise solving large-data challenges and building secure, scalable, highly available distributed applications.
- Professional experience or interest in financial and monetization solutions and understanding of the modern ad technology ecosystem with a fintech focus.
- At least 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience building business-critical, reliable, distributed systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and a track record of delivering results in complex cross-functional projects.
- Strong belief in test-driven development and a bias toward action.

- Annual salary plus the option to choose compensation between salary and stock options; the stated compensation range is $250,000.00–$413,000.00 depending on location.
