Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Manage application configuration, integrations, release cycles, and deployment strategies.
- Define and enforce platform standards for system stability, reliability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple integrated systems.
- Collaborate with business, vendor, and cross-functional teams on technical solutions and delivery.
- Act as an SME, manage team activities and decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead best-practice efforts and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of configuration and integration processes in packaged and SaaS environments.
- Experience managing software releases and deployment strategies.
- Ability to define platform standards and maintain system reliability and performance.
- Ability to collaborate with business and vendor teams and resolve complex integrated-system issues.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
