Base Salary
$100k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain responsive web-based user interfaces.
- Translate Figma UX wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and interaction specifications into accessible UI components.
- Build reusable components, layouts, forms, data views, navigation patterns, and interaction flows for enterprise applications.
- Integrate UI components with backend services, APIs, data models, authentication mechanisms, and application workflows.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, defect resolution, performance optimization, and testing activities.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers on UI development, Blazor patterns, component design, accessibility, and maintainability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering or software development experience, with strong emphasis on web-based user interface development.
- Hands-on experience developing applications with C# Blazor Server and .NET Framework.
- Strong proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant front-end libraries or frameworks.
- Experience implementing interfaces from Figma wireframes, prototypes, design specifications, or equivalent UX tools.
- Experience building responsive, accessible, user-friendly web applications and integrating them with APIs, services, data sources, and backend logic.
- Understanding of component-based UI development, state management, event handling, form validation, and reusable design patterns.
- Familiarity with browser developer tools, debugging, performance tuning, and cross-browser compatibility testing.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git, branching, pull requests, and peer code reviews.
- Preferred experience with private cloud environments such as PCF or OCP and public clouds such as GCP or Azure.
- Knowledge of WCAG and Section 508 accessibility principles.
- Experience with Agile delivery teams and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, verbal communication, and collaboration skills.
- Must be amenable to working in an Agile environment and compliant with organizational guidelines for working from an office location.
