[TECH] IAM Support Engineer
HelloFreshResponsibilities
- Resolve identity lifecycle issues by diagnosing provisioning failures and access anomalies.
- Own end-to-end application onboarding, including configuring SSO and automated user provisioning.
- Administer MFA and modern authentication methods in line with security policies.
- Manage Privileged Identity Management by processing role activation requests and running access reviews.
- Investigate sign-in anomalies and produce compliance reports for audit cycles.
- Identify recurring manual tasks and propose automation solutions.
- Act as a technical bridge between L1 support and the Senior IAM Engineer.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including user and group management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot identity lifecycle issues in an automated environment.
- Experience with federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience administering MFA and modern authentication methods.
- Ability to read and analyze sign-in, audit, and provisioning logs.
- Scripting ability in Python, Graph API, and PowerShell.
- Clear communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
