Responsibilities
- Drive quality assurance strategy, development, and execution for Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ modules.
- Configure and customize pricing, quoting, approval workflows, product configuration, quote templates, contracts, and renewals.
- Develop custom scripts and multi-dimensional quoting solutions for complex business scenarios.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration and comprehensive end-to-end testing of CPQ solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve CPQ customization issues while maintaining system performance and user satisfaction.
- Identify quality-process gaps and recommend improvements to automation, efficiency, and scalability.
- Document test cases, analyze test results, and provide actionable stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
- At least 4 to 6 years of experience, including substantial hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Apttus CPQ implementations.
- Experience with Apttus CPQ customization, product configuration, Salesforce CPQ scripting, multi-dimensional quoting, advanced approvals, quote templates, contracts and renewals, data modeling, and platform architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce test automation tools such as Selenium or Provar.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification.
- Apttus CPQ certification or equivalent.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Lightning component development, SAP or Oracle ERP integrations, Postman or SoapUI API testing, Salesforce deployment practices, and CPQ performance testing.
