Responsibilities
- Ship AI-powered products and tools from zero to production for internal operations and client-facing ventures.
- Architect scalable production systems with orchestration, error handling, observability, and cost considerations.
- Work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, databases, and LLM integration while owning entire systems.
- Collaborate directly with venture leads, client teams, founders, strategists, and operators to turn ambitious ideas into deployed products.
- Evaluate and apply current AI tooling, orchestration frameworks, agents, and models.
- Explore and build foundational agent, model, and orchestration infrastructure beyond surface-level prompt integrations.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering foundation and experience building and shipping maintainable production systems.
- Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI tooling, including integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs into real products.
- Full-stack capability across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and infrastructure.
- A proven portfolio of shipped AI projects, such as GitHub repositories, deployed products, live demos, or detailed system writeups.
- Strong product sense and judgment, including the ability to make technical tradeoffs under ambiguity.
- Familiarity with modern AI tooling and orchestration frameworks, including tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, agent libraries, and vector databases.
- Ability to work autonomously, move quickly, and own systems from concept through production.

- Compensation includes base salary and performance-based bonuses, with amounts commensurate with experience.
