Base Salary
$130k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale technology infrastructure to meet increasing demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features and services.
- Deliver automation for deployment, monitoring, management, and incident response.
- Develop and improve operational practices and procedures.
- Participate in incident response, resolution, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence.
- Contribute to capacity planning, on-call support, and documentation.
- Coach more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a site reliability, DevOps, or systems engineering position.
- A relevant BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Intermediate knowledge of cloud service operations, including data assurance, monitoring, alerting, and notifications.
- Intermediate knowledge of infrastructure as code, containers, orchestration platforms, and continuous integration and continuous delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cloud-native environments.
- Intermediate proficiency in a programming or scripting language such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
