Responsibilities
- Deliver AI/ML applications and services that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency.
- Work across requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, evaluation, deployment support, monitoring, and iteration.
- Develop production-ready Python AI/ML solutions on AWS or GCP as part of a delivery team.
- Build and evaluate LLM solutions using prompt, RAG, and agentic workflow patterns alongside classical ML.
- Apply ML techniques to forecasting, segmentation, customer lifetime value, causal inference, and other business problems.
- Analyze large heterogeneous datasets with SQL to generate insights, validate assumptions, and track impact.
- Collaborate with product owners, operations management, marketing/acquisition, stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Create documentation, reports, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support model and data-use documentation and risk, privacy, controls, and other governance activities.
Requirements
- Familiarity with AI/LLM development patterns and frameworks such as prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, or Google ADK.
- Strong Python and SQL skills with the ability to write clean, production-ready code.
- Strong AI/ML fundamentals, including statistics, probability, linear algebra, and model evaluation.
- Experience with scikit-learn and either PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Practical DevOps awareness covering testing, CI/CD, reproducibility, code quality, and operational considerations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical trade-offs.
- Collaborative, curious, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Preferred: experience delivering AI/ML solutions in a regulated financial organization.
- Preferred: AWS or GCP cloud experience, with AWS preferred.
- Preferred: experience with AI/ML observability and evaluation tools, production monitoring, guardrails, and fine-tuning or continuous learning methods such as PEFT/LoRA.
