Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

Responsibilities
- Build and modify automated testing frameworks based on business, product, system, and test requirements.
- Maintain testing frameworks according to current standards and coordinate test execution.
- Develop automated tests for clearing systems across multi-tier Java and JavaScript architectures.
- Perform API, browser-based, containerized, and software/hardware configuration testing.
- Train users, provide user support, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with Systems Analysts, developers, and QA teams throughout the full software development lifecycle.
- Build testing architectures and frameworks while applying quality concepts and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- Experience with Java-based test automation frameworks including TestNG, Cucumber, and JUnit.
- Experience with QA automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Python.
- Experience working in UNIX/Linux and SQL/Oracle environments.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, work independently under pressure, and complete assignments on time with high quality.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms.
