Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules for client deployment.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and improve system performance and availability.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Track software quality risks, usability, serviceability, delivery schedules, and customer feedback.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, MIS reporting, and customer-focused delivery.
Requirements
- Five to eight years of experience in Salesforce Platform Development.
- Ability to understand requirements, design software solutions, perform coding, and evaluate software feasibility.
- Experience developing and executing software validation and testing processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot defects, analyze system issues, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Ability to document technical solutions and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, learn new programming languages, and complete relevant certifications.
