Base Salary
$120k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain MCP servers that expose data platform capabilities and enterprise business systems to internal tools and AI workflows.
- Build internal APIs that expand the ecosystem of programmatically addressable resources.
- Build lightweight web apps and dashboards using Streamlit for internal processes.
- Develop stateful applications that ensure standard operating procedures are followed in order.
- Develop and maintain Python-based automated workflows and pipelines.
- Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to technical quality.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Python experience.
- At least 1 year of full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fintech, payments, or financial services background is preferred.
- Experience with MCP servers, API design and development, FastAPI or Flask, Streamlit or similar UI frameworks, deterministic LLM programming, OLTP databases, caching technologies, workflow automation tools, and cloud infrastructure is preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or transfer.
