Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes-based environments.
- Operate and improve production Kubernetes environments, including upgrades, scaling, reliability, and troubleshooting.
- Manage Kubernetes resources including Deployments, StatefulSets, HPA, PDB, probes, PVC, StorageClass, and Operators.
- Design and maintain Helm automation using charts, templates, values layering, and sub-charts.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and deployment tools such as Harness, Argo, or Spinnaker.
- Work across multi-cloud environments, primarily AWS/EKS and Azure/AKS.
- Improve security and operational practices through vulnerability management, image scanning, patching, hardening, IAM, secrets management, encryption, and audit logging.
- Implement networking and mTLS controls using cert-manager, TLS between services, and internal Kubernetes DNS.
- Improve observability with Prometheus, Grafana, PromQL, ServiceMonitors, and alerting rules.
- Contribute to infrastructure reliability, scalability, observability, and deployment automation.
- Read and debug Go code in microservices.
- Collaborate with platform, security, and compliance teams to support audit-ready environments.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related infrastructure engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on production experience with Kubernetes, including Deployments, StatefulSets, HPA, PDB, probes, PVC, StorageClass, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Helm charts, templates, and values layering.
- Experience with Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and a CD tool such as Harness, Argo, or Spinnaker.
- Strong AWS/EKS experience, including IAM, VPC, ALB/NLB/ELB, Route53, and KMS.
- Experience with Azure/AKS and multi-cloud environments.
- Experience with infrastructure security, secrets management, container security, network policies, Prometheus, Grafana, PromQL, ServiceMonitors, and alerting rules.
- Knowledge of networking, mTLS, cert-manager, TLS between services, and internal Kubernetes DNS.
- Basic Go knowledge or the ability to read and debug Go code.
- Experience with Kubernetes Operators, service mesh or ingress, and OpenTelemetry is preferred.
- Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux is preferred.
- Experience supporting Java microservices and runtime tuning patterns is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
