Responsibilities
- Support and maintain ETL pipelines processing large healthcare datasets while ensuring reliability and performance.
- Analyze and resolve production issues through troubleshooting, code fixes, and immediate technical support.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve software-related problems.
- Deploy, orchestrate, and monitor jobs across environments.
- Create process documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase system efficiency.
- Use JIRA and related ticketing workflows to track and resolve issues.
- Provide occasional weekend support for critical incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with C#, SQL, and scripting languages.
- Expertise in Python, C#, and Shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL query optimization, stored procedures, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Airflow, Talend Studio, Redix, Azure Service Bus, and Kafka.
- Experience with deployment automation pipelines and version control systems such as Bitbucket and Git.
- Knowledge of healthcare data formats including EDI files 834, 278, 837, and 999.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and client-focus skills.
- Preferred experience with Azure Pipelines, Facets or HealthRules Payor, and monitoring tools.
