Responsibilities
- Build planning, execution, and self-healing loops for production-ready data workflows.
- Own work across connectors, transformation tools, execution runtimes, the web application, SDK, and MCP server.
- Design and maintain reliable infrastructure operating on critical enterprise systems and data.
- Participate in customer conversations related to the work and use feedback to guide implementation.
- Establish engineering patterns and quality standards for a growing team.
Requirements
- At least two years of software engineering experience building production systems, including startup or high-growth company experience.
- Strong TypeScript skills and demonstrated experience building end-to-end applications.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or C.
- Experience designing critical infrastructure with sound reliability and scalability judgment.
- Experience integrating with or implementing enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or data warehouse platforms.
- Direct experience supporting customers or delivering technical implementations.
- Experience contributing to open-source projects.
- Experience with data migration, ETL, system integration, distributed systems, data pipelines, or LLM and agent tooling is valuable.
- Strong technical depth demonstrated through education or equivalent practical experience is valued.
Benefits
- Base salary of €90,000 to €150,000 annually.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
- On-site five days per week in Munich, Bavaria, Germany; candidates must be willing to work on-site or relocate.
