Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, solution design, and delivery of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for banking clients.
- Translate business requirements and regulatory considerations into scalable, production-ready AI architectures.
- Design and implement RAG, multi-agent systems, intelligent document processing, knowledge management, and enterprise workflow automation solutions.
- Define architecture patterns, governance standards, security controls, and enterprise AI best practices.
- Apply GenAI to data transformation, metadata management, customer service, risk, compliance, operations, and process automation.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, cloud, and business teams to deliver and operationalize solutions.
- Drive architecture assurance across reviews, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Facilitate client workshops and present technical solutions to executive and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in technology, architecture, or engineering roles.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience delivering Generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Demonstrated success designing and launching multiple enterprise GenAI implementations beyond proof of concept.
- Strong expertise in LLM ecosystems including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and related model platforms.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, Agentic AI frameworks, and orchestration tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Experience applying DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps practices to enterprise AI programs.
- Strong cloud architecture experience across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, observability, governance, versioning, and operational support.
- Experience engaging clients, senior business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Understanding of enterprise security, risk management, and responsible AI principles.
- Banking, financial-services, or other regulated-industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with risk, compliance, fraud, customer operations, lending, regulatory reporting, data architecture, data modernization, data platforms, lakehouses, or large-scale cloud transformation is preferred.
- Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, Bedrock, Databricks, or Palantir is preferred.
- Strong consulting, problem-solving, communication, presentation, commercial-awareness, and client-focused skills.
